Rental Information and Regulations
CHECK IN TIME is 3:00 PM and CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 am. We need this
time to insure that you arrive to a clean unit. The balance of your rental
amount is due upon arrival and can be paid in cash, certified funds or
by personal check. We do not accept credit cards. After hours check in
will be arranged on an individual basis. Please call the day before your
arrival to discuss your check in.
DEPARTURE: Please call SANDBARR office to arrange key return upon departure.
Do not leave keys in the unit.
PETS are not allowed in the majority of our rental units. Sorry, but we
can not make exceptions for the units that do not allow pets.
NO HOUSEPARTIES will be permitted. If a house party occupies a rental
unit, occupancy will be terminated with no refund.
NO PHONE CHARGES TO UNIT. Long distance calls may be charged to your home
number, credit card or call collect. Any calls or charges that may appear
on the owner's bill during your period of occupancy will be billed to
you along with a $5.00 service charge.
RENTAL DEPOSIT. A deposit of half of the total rent is required within
14 days of your contract date. The balance plus 10% S.C. tax is due upon
arrival.
RENTAL RATES published are for one week intervals. Summer rate includes
June, July and August. Spring is April and May, Fall is September and
October and Winter rates are from November to March.
CANCELLATION. If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded
less a $25.00 cancellation fee when and if the unit is re-rented.
OCCUPANCY is limited to the number shown in our unit description and must
be adhered to.
LOCKED CLOSETS. Many owners have personal belongings locked in a closet.
These areas are not included in the rental.
EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS. You are renting a privately owned accommodation.
It is equipped and furnished to satisfy the owner's taste. Please do not
move or rearrange the furniture.
REPAIRS. We strive to keep all appliances and air conditioners in peak
operation condition. However, we cannot guarantee their performance nor
can we offer refunds if they fail. Of course, we will repair any malfunction
as quickly as possible.
TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS can be made for next year before you leave with
a deposit of $20.00. This will hold the reservation till January 1 when
the balance of half of the rental amount is due.
LINEN is not included in the rental amount but our linen rental service
is available. We offer fitted bottom sheets and our towels are plush and
large. The linen rates are per week:
King or Queen set of sheets $10.00
Double or Single set of sheets $8.00
Pillow cases (each) $2.00
Bath towels (each) $2.50
Hand towels (each) $1.75
Wash cloths (each) $1.25
Bath mats (each) $2.00
Dish towels (each) $1.25
RENTAL AGENTS RIGHTS. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse
rentals, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, renter is detrimental
to property.
CHANGES. Although every effort has been made for accuracy, this website
may contain errors in description and rates for which SANDBARR is not
responsible. Rates and descriptions are also subject to change without
notice.
