Tennant agrees to abide by all regime rules and regulations that may affect the area within which this rental occurs. Tennant further agrees not to move or rearrange furniture, maintain the property in good condition and will agree to report any damage or breakage.
The Security Deposit Protection Plan purchased with this contract covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check out. The policy will pay a maximum beneifit of policy limit. Any damages that exceed Policy Limit will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of an inadvertent acts or omissions, the insurer will reimburse the insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum of Policy Limit of $3000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy (www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/10sdi). The Security Deposit Protection is purchased with this contract. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly to Sandbarr Real Estate Company any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Security Deposit Protection. If you do not wish to obtain security deposit protection please contact Sandbarr Real Estate Company immediately.
Payment for this contract can be made by personal check, travelers check, or credit card. If cancellation is necessary, the deposit can only be refunded if and when the premises is re-rented. If premises is re-rented deposit will be refunded less $25 cancellation fee unless CSA Travel Insurance is purchased. Neither the owner or the agency is respondsible should theft or injury occur to Tenant or Tenants guests. Please initial to accept or decline CSA TRAVEL INSURANCE.

No long distance calls are allowed to be charged to the unit phone number. Occupancy will be terminated if PETS or HOUSE PARTIES occupy premises. Repairs to appliances that could fail will be carried out as soon as possible. Sandbarr Real Estate Company is not able to offer refunds if they fail. Sandbarr Real Estate Company reserves the right as rental agent to refuse rentals or discontinue occupancy if in our opinion, Tenant is detrimental to property.
Linen is not included in the rental but can be rented upon request from Sandbarr Real Estate Company.
Tenant agrees to leave the unit as found, in good condition and to notify Sandbarr Real Estate Company by the 11:00 designated check out time.
